Did this man do the gilding at Staatsburgh country house?

The only worker with a more formal standup collar and dark jacket and tie which may connote an artisan as opposed to a construction worker.
Holding a gilder’s mop brush. Large size may suggest architectural gilding as opposed to frame or signage sized gilder’s brushes.
